Guest does not Like:
No tv in the shower as stated! Towels small and so frayed they ripped as using them! Room till not cleaned at3.45pm during stay. Room so small that just room to walk on one side of bed only. Broken stool at desk, collapsed as sat on. Newspaper arrived late after leaving hotel for the day. Staff far from friendly. Probably the worst hotel I have stayed in for many years.
