Hotel was lovely, we have stayed there before, so was no surprise. What was a surprise was the free upgrade they gave us. If you arrive at night at the Royal Plaza, it looks it's best, all lite up it is a very impressive sight. HK hotels also had the best price I could find and I am very happy with your booking service. We will check it out again for our next trip in mid October. Thanks Dianne
